Viewing Grades During Final Grade Entry

During final grade entry, at the end of each semester, instructors (both primary and secondary) can modify grades submitted in Faculty Self-Service until the final grade roll to Academic History. The final grade roll copies courses from registration into academic history and triggers grade substitution rules.

For example, students who have elected the CR/NC grading option will only receive the appropriate CR or NC grade after grade roll. After grades have been rolled to history, they are officially part of the student's academic transcript.

Authorized users can view grades submitted by instructors in Faculty Self-Service in the Registration module of Banner:

  • Class Roster Form (SFASLST)
  • Student Course Registration Audit Form (SFASTCA)

REMINDER: Grades are not official until the grade roll has been completed.

Grade corrections submitted after grade roll will not be reflected in Registration; these changes can only be viewed in Academic History
