Registration
(R & R) Access Request
Student R & R Profiles are not yet available via the AITS Security Application and can be requested by sending an email to AITS Security. Information required on the AITS Security Application Form also applies to R & R access. In addition, FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training is required before access to student data will be granted.

Unit Security Contacts
To submit requests for security access to Banner Student Records and Registration, please send an email to AITS Security that includes the following User information:
- Name
- UIN
- Enterprise ID
- Email
- College/Unit
- Department
- Employment Status (e.g. Permanent, Extra-Help, Student, etc.)
- Access Needed (e.g. Profile and Add-On Classes)
Also include:
- Your (USC) contact information
