2. I need data about students in my college or department. What unit do I contact?
   • Please follow the procedures for data retrieval requests that are published elsewhere on this website.
3. Who handles immigration issues?
   • The International Undergraduate unit handles visa status and immigration issues for undergraduate applicants. A staff member also signs the immigration documents (Certificate of Eligibility, I-20 and DS-2019) for new students. The unit may be contacted at intladm@uiuc.edu or phone: 217-333-0302. The Graduate and Professional Admissions and Support unit handles visa status and immigration issues for graduate applicants. The unit issues I-20 and DS-2019 documents to new graduate students and their dependents. Questions should be directed to gradadmissions@uiuc.edu or phone 217-244-4637.
