Describe your most memorable experience at Illinois.
Quad Day during my first week at the University of Illinois was really unforgettable! I was amazed to see thousands of enthusiastic students involved in such diverse campus groups. Over the years, my initial feelings have been continually reconfirmed: that University of Illinois students love to get involved, try new activities, and make the most of their college years!
Why do you belong at Illinois?
While the student body at the University of Illinois is quite large, I truly feel at home on this campus. I have found my professors and advisors to be extremely caring and interested in helping me achieve my fullest potential. I have also shared college with many people who I hope will be lifelong friends. In addition, the University itself has so much to offer its students! Even as senior, I'm never bored and continue to explore new activities. There's so much to discover here at the University of Illinois. Maybe that's part of the reason why I've decided to stay here for graduate school!
