    • Deadline to reduce program and receive refund if moving to a lower credit range
    • Deadline to add a UG semester course
    • Deadline to add a GRAD first half-session course
    • Deadline for GRAD to add courses online

    • Deadline to drop a UG first half-session course
    • Deadline to elect credit-no credit or to change credit-no credit to regular grade basis in a UG first half-session course

    • Deadline to add a GRAD semester course
    • Deadline to drop a GRAD first half-session course
    • Last day to elect credit/ no-credit option for a GRAD first half-session course or to change from credit/ no-credit option to a regular grade

  • October 17
    • Deadline to drop a UG semester course without grade of W.
    • Deadline to remove UG Incomplete grade from previous semester to prevent change to an F grade
    • Deadline to elect credit-no credit or to change credit-no credit to regular grade basis in a UG semester course
    • Deadline for UG student to withdraw without grade of W
    • Deadline for LAW students to drop a semester course without grade of W
  • October 20
    • Second half-session courses begin (nontraditional courses may begin earlier or later)
  • October 24
    • Deadline to add a second UG half-session course
  • October 31
    • Deadline to withdraw from the University and receive the minimum 40% pro-rata refund

November 2008

  • November 3
    • Priority registration for Spring 2009 begins at noon
  • November 7
    • Deadline to add GRAD second half-session course
  • November 14
    • Deadline to drop a second UG half-session course
    • Deadline to elect credit-no credit or to change credit-no credit to regular grade basis in a second UG half-session course
    • Deadline to drop a GRAD semester course without grade of W
    • Last day for GRAD students to withdraw from the term without a grade of W
    • Last day to elect credit/no-credit option for a GRAD semester course or to change from credit/no-credit option to a regular grade
    • Last day for GRAD students to add name to December degree list
  • November 22 – 30
    • Full Vacation

December 2008

    • Deadline to drop a GRAD second half-session course

    • Last day to take final exam for December doctoral degree
