Fall 2008 Refund Schedule
Reduction of Program Range
If you reduce your course enrollment to a lower assessment range (e.g., from Range I to Range II), you receive a refund of the full difference between the two ranges, provided the change is made by 5:00 p.m., Monday, September 8, 2008. No refund is available thereafter.
In all cases, a student who is enrolled in only one course and who wishes to discontinue enrollment must withdraw from the University by completing the withdrawal process by the stated deadline.

You may be released from your obligation to pay all tuition and fees by canceling your registration by 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2008, the day before instruction begins for the term.

Flight Training Fee: If you withdraw from a flight-training or glider course you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the flight-training, glider, or aviation course fees, upon recommendation of the Institute of Aviation.
The fees below are refundable upon request from University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations. Requests must be submitted in person at the Customer Service window, Room 100, Henry Administration Building, on the dates specified for each fee. Upon submission of a completed refund request form, a credit will be issued to the student's account.
- Krannert Fee: A refund of the Krannert Fee is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available September 29 through October 3.
- Sustainable Campus Environment Fee (CEF): A refund of the Sustainable Campus Environment Fee is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available September 29 through October 3.
- Student Organization Resource Fee (SORF): A refund of SORF is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available October 6 through October 10.
- Cultural Programming Fee (CP): A refund of CP is available to those who do not desire to participate. This refund is available October 6 through October 10.
- Students for Equal Access to Learning Fee (SEAL): A refund of the SEAL Fee is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available October 13 through October 17.
- Legacy of Service and Learning Scholarship Fee (Legacy): A refund of the Legacy Fee is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available October 20 through October 24.
- Study Abroad Scholarship Fee: A refund of the Study Abroad Scholarship Fee is available to those students who do not desire to participate. This refund is available October 20 through October 24.
